Bizzarre Intimo gladly accepts orders from all around the globe. Available product lines, shipping rates and fees may vary depending on the delivery address for your order.
Delivery:
Your order is processed as soon as we receive it (2-3 days) and sent by Registered Mail by Italian Post. (delivery time for Europe 5/6 days or 7/10 days for other countries)
SHIPPING COST :
For Europe €.13,00
For Europe €.19,00 over €.60 of purchase. (max €.25,00)
For other Countries in the World €.19,00
For other Countries in the World €.29,00 over €.60 of purchase. (max €.35,00)
Your packages sometimes may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. This charges are always the recipient's responsibility.
Payment systems for Europe: Credit Card, Pay Pal or Payment in advance

RETURNING A PRODUCT :
Bizzarre Intimo customers must feel fully satisfied with the choices they have made.
If for some reason you are not happy with your order, or in the regrettable event that the product delivered does not match your specifications or you find a manufacturing defect, you may return the purchased product, still unused, within 10 days after delivery.
The only conditions we stipulate regard the product: it must be intact, it must not be damaged in any way, it must have the label attached, and it must be placed in the original packaging.
